Ordination.
After the aspirant course is completed, the aspirant can make a more educated decision if this is the lifestyle they want to pursue, if it is they can formally request to remain and prepare for ordination, if the community accepts this request, they will be guided through the process to become a monk, including learning about vows etc.

The Future.
when one has become a monk one is then a full member of TSL Monastic community and will then continue to learn and grow within the community, having more opportunities to study, reflect and meditate on the teaching of the Buddha.
